QA/QC Architect

Job Summary

The QA/QC Architect is responsible for ensuring that architectural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes. This role focuses on quality control, inspection, and compliance throughout all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans and standards
• Monitor workmanship, materials, and installation methods for architectural works
• Identify non-conformities and issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) when necessary
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and consultants on quality issues
• Verify mock-ups, samples, and finishing works prior to mass installation
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and documented
