 :Develop and implement quality assurance plans for plantation operations.
Conduct regular audits of farming practices to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance quality performance.
Collaborate with farm managers to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
Maintain records of audit findings, corrective actions, and other relevant documentation.
Stay updated with changes in food safety regulations and incorporate them into the quality assurance plan.
Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives within the plantations.
Monitor customer complaints related to product quality and coordinate with the appropriate departments to resolve issues.
