QAQC Assistant Manager

I. JOB SUMMARY Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is responsible for understanding the overall operations and status of the department and the relationship and status with other departments, and is primarily responsible for projects and/or tasks to achieve the department's mission and goals. Depending on the situation, the role of the leader of the basic operations, to carry out a wide range of operations, and to guide and train the members of the team. A. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Ensure that specifications and procedures are implemented and followed in the line.
2. Consult with management, production, and QC to discuss specifications and procedures.
3. Ensure that quality improvement activities are implemented to reduce such as customer complaints and quality costs.
4. Analyse, identify trends, summarize and develop solutions to quality related problems.
