Job Description

Liaise with the Engineer/Customer on the quality related activities of the project. 
Ensure the following through the project Materials function: 
Liaise for Approvals for concrete mix design, aggregate base course materials and granular sub base materials.  
Liaise for laboratory equipment’s for verifying properties of materials complying with the requirements of Specifications. 
Interfaces with the Project Managers on day to day quality related activities. 
Ensure implementation of Quality Management System in the project through QC Engineers / discipline QC Inspectors. 
Review all QA/QC Procedures / QC Plans and Work Instructions for adequacy against scope of work and revise, where required. 
Ensure relevant Codes & Standards, Specifications are available at site for reference.  
Assist the construction personnel in the technical review and finalization of Method Statements prepared at site.
