QAQC Inspector (Civil / Architectural)

The QAQC Inspector is responsible for ensuring that construction works comply with quality standards, approved drawings, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the project QA/QC program.
• Conduct inspections and tests on civil and architectural works.
• Review and verify material submittals, method statements, and inspection checklists.
• Identify non-conforming works and issue NCRs when necessary.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are properly implemented.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records.
• Coordinate with project engineers and consultants on quality issues.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Experience in QAQC for construction projects
• Knowledge of ISO standards is an advantage
