Job Summary

The QA/QC Engineer ensures that all HVAC- related works comply with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements. The role involves developing and implementing quality systems, conducting inspections and testing, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Review HVAC drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance.
• Conduct inspections for installation of HVAC systems such as ductwork, piping, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, exhaust systems, and controls.
• Monitor material deliveries, verify compliance with approved material submittals.
• Develop project-specific QA/QC plans, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), checklists, method statements, and procedures.
• Maintain quality records including inspection reports, test results, and as-built documentation.
