Determine the key nodes for quality control according to the project acceptance specification of the client. Responsible for quality acceptance matters with the property owner (such as the railway bureau) and the supervision unit. Coordination with the design, production and engineering teams to implement quality improvement measures. Lead internal quality audits, participate in third-party audits and customer acceptance inspections. Review and set the standard of qualifications of suppliers. Develop and implement an internal quality management process training plan. Conducts quality inspection at the construction site. Responsible for submitting quality reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
