QA/QC Engineer

About the role

As a QA/QC Engineer with JFE Engineering Corp. Philippine Branch, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our construction projects in the Metro Manila Priority Bridges Seismic Improvement project. Working on a contract basis, you will be responsible for implementing robust quality control measures and overseeing the adherence to safety and regulatory standards throughout the construction lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

• Develop detailed inspection/testing schedules
• Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, including material inspection
• Finding material sources and inspection up to approval by client
• Inspection of delivered construction materials, and ensuring their compliance with industry standards/project requirements
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with client
• Prepare inspection record based on QA/QC plan
