The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for implementing site quality assurance and quality control systems, in compliance with the company's quality standards.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and are not limited to the following:

· Engage the project team to deliver high quality works;

· Lead the QA/QC team and train the site team on Structural and Architectural trades;

· Assess site operations and procedures daily and recommend improvement actions;

· Provide insights for defects and recommend preventive measures;

· Prepare monthly reports for Management;

· Conduct Internal Quality Audits;

· Compile trade information, test reports, and formalize documentation;

· Liaise with authorities (i.e. BCA on assessment to achieve target score, LTA on inspections and compliances)

· Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.
