QAQC Engineer

Report to: Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all quality-related activities in the Company inclusive of day-to-day operation.
• Ensure regular records, routine quality checks are being executed at all processes are in accordance with the set standard.
• Ensure are finished products achieved consistent high quality.
• Monitor and control the QAQC Dept. daily operation.
• Manage quality problems and implement corrective action.
• To raise nonconformance report whenever there is nonconformance detected.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports.
• As Deputy Quality Management Representative to assist QMR on the Quality Management System implementation.
• Responsible for the coordination of periodic audits, instruction review and ensure line implementation do not conflict with operating procedures.
