QAQC Engineer

Responsibilities Prepare QA/QC procedures, Project Quality Plan, Method Statement, checklist and inspection form with project team members Monitor daily site QA/QC activities, ensure that QA/QC procedures, Method Statement and Project Quality Plan is adhered by the project team members Conduct raw material inspection, site inspection, testing, post installation check out (PICO) and issue QA/QC inspection report Monitor and ensure all the tools and equipment are calibrated when it is due and update in Tools and Equipment List FY XXXX Investigate the cause of non-conformance with project team members and recommend corrective / preventive actions, if require to prevent recurrence Ensure that all audit findings on non-conformance findings / reports and punch lists are properly addressed and closed together with the client Ensure proper documentation and filing of QA/QC records Conduct internal quality audit based on project quality plan and client requirement Attend client QA/QC meeting As...
