Job Description

Requirements 
Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC-registered) 
At least 1year experience in housing QC/QA or as Site Engineer 
Strong working knowledge of: BP 220 (Economic & Socialized Housing), National Building Code (NBC / PD 1096) and National Structural Code (NSCP) 
Proven experience handling multiple projects at the same time 
Key Duties 
Inspect and ensure quality & compliance on housing sites 
Conduct QC checks, testing, and audits 
Identify and fix defects / non-conformances 
Prepare quality reports and documentation 
Coordinate with teams and contractors
