QA/QC Executive

This position will be responsible to carry out and assist in day-to-day operations of the QA & QC function while simultaneously ensuring products meet quality and efficiency standards as per assigned deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Check & review all QC parameters as per requirement before production, during production & after production and ensure all results are within specifications.
• Conduct Inspection of all incoming materials such as cores, cartons, inks, solvents and films.
• Make sure all dimensions and requirements of material should be according to the supplier's COA.
• Conduct ink testing which involves checking (viscosity, specific gravity & solid content) to ensure ink quality and performance.
• Responsible for making shades for every new job as per customer provided sample or Epson.
• Carry out lab test for Raw material, semi-finished and finished material as per requirement.
