QA/QC Head

Job Summary:
The QA/QC Head is responsible for leading and managing all quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure that projects comply with approved plans, specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. This role ensures consistent implementation of quality systems across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project QA/QC program and procedures
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards
• Supervise QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and site quality personnel
• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality documents
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality assessments
• Identify non-conformances and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions
