QA/QC Inspector

• Inspect finished and semi-finished optical lenses for defects such as scratches, bubbles, coating issues, and dimensional inaccuracies
• Perform visual and instrument-based inspections using tools such as lensometers, calipers, micrometers, and other optical testing equipment
• Verify product specifications including lens power, thickness, diameter, and coating quality
• Record inspection results accurately in quality control logs and systems
• Identify and segregate non-conforming products
• Report quality issues to the QC Supervisor or Production Manager
• Assist in root cause investigations of defects and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of inspection area
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department
