QA/QC Inspector

Overview

One of our top Nuclear clients are looking for a Mechanical QA/QC Inspector to join their team.

Our Client has a requirement for a Mechanical QA/QC Inspector, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Reading.

Role Purpose

QC Inspectors are responsible for providing independent Quality Control and weld inspection services across a range of nuclear mechanical disciplines. Services are provided at vendors', potential vendors' or other participating entities' premises and locations

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with both internal and external Customers.
• Deliver independent inspection and quality control services at operating sites and vendors relating to new equipment in manufacture, fabrication and construction.
• Review of fabrication / manufacturing documentation within delegated authority levels in terms of quality plans, ITPs, fabrication / manufacturing...
