QA/QC Lead

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 (ten) years of working experience as QA/QC Engineering and Management of FEED, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Handover with 10 years inspection experience in welding, coating, static/pressure equipment, and structures of equivalent.
• Preferably PRC Licensed or Registered Engineer
• Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, (API/ASME/AWS/ASTM, etc.) and quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.).
• Knowledge of welding or Certified Welding Engineer as per ISO or Local Eq.
• Knowledge of coating inspection or Certified BGAS-2 or NACE Level 2 Painting Inspector.
• Familiar of Shell DEM1, DEM2, DEP, Project Guides/Standards and Oil/Gas International Design/Construction Codes and Standards such as API, ASME, AWS, ASTM, NACE, EEMUA, ISO and BS including Sour Service and Hazardous Classified Locations.
