QA/QC Leader for Rail & Civil Projects (ISO 9001)

i-Consultancy seeks a QAQC Manager in Singapore to establish a quality assurance system aligned with ISO 9001 requirements. The candidate will oversee quality for construction projects, ensuring compliance with the Quality Management Plan and handle inspections. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 6-10 years' experience in quality assurance is required, preferably in civil or railway engineering.

Candidates with experience in LTA projects will be preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
