QA/QC Manager

Job Summary
The QA/QC Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and enforcing the Quality Management System for the Meralco Terra Solar Project, ensuring that all engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning activities meet Meralco standards, EPC contract requirements, lender technical advisor (LTA) requirements, and international best practices.
This role ensures that the solar PV plant, battery energy storage system (BESS), substations, and transmission interconnection are delivered on time, on specification, and to bankable quality standards suitable for long-term operation and financing.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management System (QMS)
Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) aligned with:
ISO 9001
Meralco technical standards
EPC and OEM requirements
Lender and Independent Engineer (IE/LTA) criteria
Establish inspection, testing, and documentation procedures across all project phases....
