Requirements
Must possess Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Additional certification in QA/QC is an added advantage
At least 8 TO 10 years of QA/QC experience is required related to Civil construction industry.
Hands-on experience in precast works
Familiarity with quality standards and testing methods for concrete products.
Good knowledge of construction quality control/assurance.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Responsibilities
Organize and deploy in-house inspectors to carry out progressive inspections and establish quality benchmarks.
Perform checks on the structural, architectural and M&E materials/works to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections.
Lead the preparation of CONQUAS/QM documentation and coordinate with BCA on pre-assessment quality meetings.
Execute quality control as per site specific materials and Works Quality Plan.
Prepare relevant QA/QC reports
