QA/QC Manager

Responsibility:

1. To oversee the daily operations of QA/QC Department.
2. To review and upgrade the quality control activities.
3. To investigate and verify all quality problems.
4. To initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
5. To verify the implementation of solutions.
6. To stop the further processing, delivery or installation of non-conforming products until the unsatisfactory and deficiency condition have been rectified.
7. To liaise with authority on any relevant rules and regulations on raw materials.
8. To liaise with 3rd party laboratory on any test’s issues.
9. To produce new mix design based on customer specifications.
10. To implement and monitor Quality Assurance Programe.
11. To maintain and improve the quality of ready-mixed concrete supply and execute appropriate corrective action.
