Responsibilities:


+ Support a greenfield simple-cycle combustion turbine project involving the construction of two combustion turbine units.

+ Provide on-site quality oversight to ensure EPC contractors, vendors, and fabrication teams comply with project specifications, quality standards, applicable codes, and approved procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

+ Review EPC contractor quality programs, inspection plans, procedures, and turnover documentation.

+ Ensure compliance with ASME B31.1 and B31.3 piping and power plant construction standards.

+ Conduct field audits, site walks, and inspections to verify adherence to quality requirements.
