QAQC Supervisor

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance/control supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, or other quality methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
In-Process Quality Control
Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Identify process deviations and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
Support implementation of quality checkpoints and statistical process controls (SPC).
Promote continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Supervise and mentor QC staff to ensure consistent inspection practices.
