QAQC Supervisor

Requirements:

•       Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.

•       Minimum of 3 years' experience leading a Quality Assurance or Quality Control team in an EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) environment, whether in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

•       Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, or other quality methodologies.

•       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•       Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.

•       Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

In-Process Quality Control

• Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Identify process deviations and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
