QA/QC Supervisor

Job Description

• Develops and maintains quality control procedures, inspection checklists, and test plans for all project types(pipelines, reservoirs, pump houses, wells, WTPs)
• Support standardization of QA/QC practices across branches and projects
• Conduct site inspections and validates materials, workmanship and construction method
• Conducts root-cause analysis for defects and implements corrective action programs

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or any related course
• Professional license (e.g., Licensed Engineer) is preferred or advantageous.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in engineering projects and construction.
• Hands-on experience with construction materials testing, inspection procedures and quality audits.
• Willingness and ability to work on site inspections
