QC Analyst

To work closely with Microbiologist, Production, QC personnel and QA department to ensure all apparatus and end products are safe and free from any contamination.

• Routine analysis and recording of raw material, intermediates and finished product.
• Operation of High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and laboratory analytical instrument.
• Carry out stability testing.
• Carry out dissolution profile test and monitoring.
• Carry out Analytical method validation.
• Sampling, routine checking and recording of packaging material.
• On line checking and recording of in-process granules and tablet
• Checking and recording of in-process syrup, cream.
• Checking and approval of packing process.
• Carry out calibration/ performance verification of laboratory equipment/ Apparatus.
• Quality Control check on raw material dispensing.
