QC Analyst - Microbiology

About the role:

• Well-established pharmaceutical company
• 2-3 month casual contract (potential to extend)
• Afternoon shifts
• Monday to Friday

About your duties:

• Perform basic microbial ID on samples 
• Ensure aseptic techniques and GMP standards are followed
• Maintain adequate documentation
• Enter in laboratory results into the laboratory system
• Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained/prepared in accordance with approved procedures
• General housekeeping 

About you:

• Bachelor of Science, majoring in Microbiology or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role or aseptic environment
• Excellent communication skills and a great attitude
• Strong understanding of aseptic techniques
