Job Role and Responsibilities
Perform assay testing and microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process sample, and finished products
Conduct in-process monitoring and production line sampling to ensure process compliance.
Maintain accurate QC Dpcumentation, including batch records, laboratory notebook, and Certification of Analysis (CoA)
Perform test method verification and validation, as well as instrumental and physical analyses (e.g. HPLC, reflactormeter, spectroscopy)
Identify deviations or non-conformities, assist in root cause analysis, and preventive action
Other
Attention to detail and accuracy in measurement, data analysis and interpretation, adapatability in a fast-paced lab or production environment, problem solving mindset
