QC ASSISTANT

Incoming Product Inspection (Warehouse)

• Conduct QC inspection on all incoming products at the warehouse.
• Check product condition, packaging, labeling, batch number, manufacturing date, and expiry date.
• Update inspection status in the QC group (WhatsApp) and maintain proper QC records.
• Record findings in Incoming QC Log (photo/video).
• Highlight and escalation any non-conformance or defects to management and supplier.

Supplier-Side Inspection

• Perform on-site inspection at supplier’s premises for every new SKU or new supplier.
• Verify production process, packaging standards, labeling accuracy, and hygiene practices.
• Ensure supplier complies with company quality requirements and regulatory standards.
• Prepare inspection summary and report after each visit.
