Responsibilities
Performs a variety of complex and specialized quality control tests and assists with coordinating the operations of the lab.Responsibilities may include performing comprehensive and specialized calculations, leading other staff, and assisting with overseeing daily lab operations.
Runs comprehensive and specialized lab tests that require judgment and interpretation of results within general guidelines.
Responsible for evaluation of incoming raw materials and eliminate off-spec raw materials entering the supply-chain.
Responsible for records keeping for all testing performed and issue monthly reports.
Responsible for calibration schedule, calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
Support production and safety activities like: OTMIS, Distress investigation, Waste minimization, Safety recognition, PSM, Lean Manufacturing programs, Throughput monitoring and daily production meetings.
