QC Encoder

• Encode inspection results and quality data into the company database or system
• Verify accuracy and completeness of QC reports before encoding
• Maintain and update quality records, logs, and monitoring sheets
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports as required
• Assist QC Inspectors in organizing documentation and files
• Monitor and track non-conforming products in the system
• Ensure proper filing (hard copy and electronic) of quality documents
• Coordinate with Production and QA departments regarding data discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality of company records and data
• Support audits by providing accurate documentation when requested

Job Qualifications/ Requirements:

• At least High School Graduate (College level or vocational course in Office Administration, IT, or related field is an advantage)
