QC Engineer Inspector

Job Description:

• To prepare colour sample bag for production in the correct identification and interval.
• To plan test according to control plan.
• Report any under specification results to QA Engineer and simultaneously liaise with
• production team to resolve quality issues.
• Keep retain samples from production in a properly arrange manner.
• Upkeep all QA equipment in good condition.
• Upkeep all ISO related document.
• Operate and maintain injection machine for preparing colour plate or test specimen.
• Provide rework form and arrange the NG material to production.
• Collaborate with production and customer service teams.
• Ensure physical quantity of NG material is tally with record and in a properly arrange manner.
• Ensure good housekeeping and excellent laboratory practices.
