ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Quality and Automation Manager to lead the QA team at the Vietnam GDC. This role is central to ensuring delivery excellence, test governance, and automation scalability across multi-client offshore projects. You will manage a multidisciplinary QA team, drive consistent standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to embed quality into every phase of the delivery lifecycle. Strong hands-on technical knowledge and leadership in both manual and automation testing are essential.
