QC ENGINEER

Power Metal Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This is an urgent vacancy and immediate availability will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections according to quality standards and specifications.
• Prepare, analyze, and generate QC reports, including inspection reports, NCR, CAPA, and quality performance summaries.
• Maintain proper quality records and documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Handle customer quality issues and conduct root cause analysis using quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, etc.).
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor quality trends and prepare weekly/monthly quality performance reports for management review.
