Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Report directly to the section manager and HOD
Shall ensure that all supervisor(s) and technician(s) complete their testing and allocated work in a timely manner
Shall conduct all laboratory tests, measurement and analysis when necessary and perform checks to ensure method accuracy for the measurement and analysis
Shall ensure that GR&R is performed for the instruments and records are maintained
Shall perform troubleshooting of instruments and facilities when there is any breakdown and ensure all maintenance and calibration is performed as scheduled and ensure reports are written
Shall perform validation and commissioning of new instruments and methods and maintain records of validation and commissioning
Shall assist in technical evaluations in accordance with direction given after discussion
Shall participate in customer complaints investigation (for analysis related complaints)
