Job scope

• Monitor, report, and resolve quality issues, including performing root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Maintain inspection equipment, records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, train, and allocate manpower for QC staff, ensuring proper inspection and certification.
• Manage quality documentation, SOPs, and support audits and QMS improvements.
• Ensure procedures and processes comply with industry, customer, and company quality standards.
