QC Hub Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Hub Coordinator is responsible for managing the QC Hub Learning Space. This resource is expected to liaise among various stakeholders to address the operational needs of the QC Hub.

Responsibilities

1. Reports to Hub Operations and Develop Manager regarding all QC Hub Operations.
2. Coordinates and collaborates with various stakeholders related to QC Hub Space.
3. Supervise the Services Officer and Maintenance Personnel in QC Hub.
4. Assist all customers inquiring about HG services.
5. Implement and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures and governance structures for monitoring and control.
6. Ensure that excellent customer service levels are achieved.
7. Monitor Customer Satisfaction Data to ensure compliance with the standard quality of service.
8. Manage the Operational Petty Cash for QC Hub.
