QC Inspector (Electronic Components)

JobTitle: Quality Control Inspector (Electronic Components)
Duties and Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited)
. Perform both inbound and outbound visual inspections using magnification scope and digital caliper for measurement.
. Research for the datasheet on the part number via Manufacturer's website and Paid Search Engine (Z2Data).
. Compare the part markings and labels against the company's database part history.
. Decode the date code of the part referencing from the datasheet and database.
. Follow-up on Bin Check request.
. Identify potential discrepancy on the part inspected and generate discrepancy email / report using a standard format.
. Re-label parts with A2 label and re-package the product according to the Moisture Sensitivity Level.
. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications:
. Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook )
. Able to use microscope
