QC Inspector

Summary of the Job: (Primary function of the job)
Primary function e-Cabinet inspection & accessories inspection reports generation.

Job Description
• Conduct thorough quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, the e-cabinet, and accessories by strictly following the work instructions and procedures and notifying the QA/QC engineer of problems.
• Liaise with inter-departments on production quality issues.
• Initiate issuance of Non-conformance Report as necessary.
• Generate required reports of QC Inspections.
• Proper parts handling between Store & QC.
• Perform daily audit checks on production 5S, ESD and Temperature/Humidity.
• Propose any improvement in the production process to improve product quality.
• Other duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must pass SPM/SPM(V) / Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) in Engineering and above.
