Ensures the Customer Product Standards and Specifications are strictly implemented in the operation.

Accomplishes the Basic / Further / Blast and Warehouse Operation’s Pre‑Ops, In‑process and Post Operations Daily Monitoring Forms needed for Production and makes corrective action for any deviations identified (such as but not limited to).

• Room Temperature (e.g., Lairage, Processing Rooms)
• Product Internal Temperature
• Chlorine concentration
• Foreign object

Ensures that Good Manufacturing Practices, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure and Quality and Food Safety System are implemented throughout the operation.

Ensures orderliness, cleanliness and sanitation of Production facilities and its auxiliary facilities such as Waste Water Treatment and Rendering Plants.
