Job Description
I. BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for inspecting and ensuring that products meet established quality standards before they reach customers. Involves conducting tests, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
II. KEY ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIP
Reports directly to the QC Supervisor or QA/QC Manager and works closely with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to maintain product quality.
III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Use measuring tools (analog and digital caliper) and testing equipment to verify product specifications.
Identify defects, deviations, or non-conforming products and report findings to the supervisor.
Monitor and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
