qc inspector

• Monitoring and preparing record for hygiene and cleanliness of production area and worker on daily basis
• Perform sampling, inspection and testing according to the work instruction and procedure
• Prepare daily production/incoming/outgoing/stock card record
• Preparing preservative for premix powder & monitor premix production
• Performing visual inspection for retention samples on weekly basis
• Perform incoming inspections for raw materials and packaging materials
• Perform moisture test and back up QC inspector for shredding line
• Related working experience as QC in food industry min 1 year
• Diploma course related to food/science/technical/manufacturing
• Willing to work overtime as required

Able to work in cold production environment
