Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain hygiene and cleanliness records for the production area and workers on a daily basis
• Perform sampling, inspection, and testing in accordance with work instructions and standard procedures
• Maintain accurate daily records for production, incoming and outgoing materials, and stock cards
• Prepare preservative solutions for premix powder and monitor premix production processes
• Conduct weekly visual inspection of retention samples
• Perform incoming inspection for raw materials and packaging materials
• Conduct moisture testing and provide backup support for QC Inspector at the shredding line
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related technical field
• At least 1 year of working experience in Quality Control within the food industry <...
