Support facility’s Repair business in quality control inspection and to ensure conformance and/or compliance to customers’, regulation & company requirements and, Global QA/BPA standard, procedure & process.
Primary Responsibilities
Support facility’s Repair business in quality control inspection and to ensure conformance and/or compliance to customers’, regulation & company requirements and, Global QA/BPA standard, procedure & process.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform qualified NDE, visual & dimensional inspection (initial, in-process, final & Out-going QC inspection).
- Provide QC report for all inspections in standard format & upload report in RigOffice (DMS).
- Control of inspection tools and/or QC process equipment.
- Maintain integrity & accuracy of process equipment used for test, inspection & report i.e. approved calibration, active calibration validity, acceptable tolerance etc.
- Provide identification & traceability report of critical parts/items in standard format.
- Witness, review & certify pressure test record, layout inspection (QP/ITP) and external work.
