Job Description

Support facility’s Repair business in quality control inspection and to ensure conformance and/or compliance to customers’, regulation & company requirements and, Global QA/BPA standard, procedure & process.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform qualified NDE, visual & dimensional inspection (initial, in-process, final & Out-going QC inspection).
Provide QC report for all inspections in standard format & upload report in RigOffice (DMS).
Control of inspection tools and/or QC process equipment.
Maintain integrity & accuracy of process equipment used for test, inspection & report . approved calibration, active calibration validity, acceptable tolerance etc.
Provide identification & traceability report of critical parts/items in standard format.
Witness, review & certify pressure test record, layout inspection (QP/ITP) and external work.
Report & record all nonconforming or quality issue for investigation/RCA on PIM...
