QC Laboratory Operator

• Perform laboratory testing of raw materials, coatings, and finished optical lenses
• Conduct measurements such as lens power verification, thickness testing, coating adhesion tests, and other quality checks
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (e.g., lensometer, spectrophotometer, thickness gauge, and other testing instruments)
• Record and document test results accurately in laboratory logs and systems
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products
• Assist in investigation of quality issues and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of samples and tested materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory area
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and company quality standards
• Support internal and external audits as required
