Job Description

Our client is well-established and specializes in aggregate processing. They are looking for a Laboratory Technical Manager to oversee quality control operations and lead the laboratory team.

Oversee quality control of aggregate and asphalt mix production;
Responsible for a team of 5 laboratory technicians;
Maintain and update quality documentation and records;
Ensure quality compliance and equipment calibration for laboratories, plants and crushers;
Prepare and monitor asphalt mix designs in real time for plant operations;
Coordinate and ensure communications between production superintendents, crushing plants, asphalt plants and laboratory personnel;
Liaise between sales, the laboratory, clients, and external representatives; provide technical support during issues and claim;
Prepare and transmit quality documentation to clients (test results, certifications, etc.);
