QC Laboratory Technician

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Laboratory Technician is responsible for testing and inspection of road construction materials.

• Responsible in determining whether or not their characteristics, properties and quality meet or exceed the standards and specifications prescribed by the customers.

• Perform testing in accordance with Quality Plan.

• Analysis of test data and corrective action to prevent non-conforming product.

• Monitor and check the quality of raw materials and finished products.

• Conduct trial mix for RMA and RMC.

• Monitor the quality and consistency of RMC/RMA mix during batching and should have the quality testing and sampling produced to be checked by the Quality Control Supervisor.

• Check the temperature of RMA laying and rate of application and get the area covered per truck.
