QC Lead

Lead QA/QC systems, inspections, and audits Manage NCRs, CAPA, and root cause analysis Ensure compliance with QMS and quality standards Supervise and mentor QA/QC team members Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders Prepare and analyze quality reports

What We're Looking For: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry or related field Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in hands-on knowledge of quality systems & audits Excellent analytical and leadership skills
