QC Manager

· Take responsible for efficient testing results of ready-mix concrete products.

and ensure safe working condition of plant QC equipment.

· Complete reviews and assessment activities within assigned batch plants (Ready mix & Precast) as allocated in accordance with project plan and associated procedures, specification and standards.

· Testing Center coordination and assess Batch plant QC results if passed, and determine that their equipment, procedures/ techniques, sample recording and result reporting is in compliance with the applicable standard and specifications.

· Perform inspections, tests and monitor to ensure compliance with the requirements and project quality specifications.

· Make batch trial mix design (Concrete & Asphalt) and testing (Batch Plant) and conducts QC surveillance in compliance with the approved standards.
